Horrible there was one teller this Asia lady and she sat and chatted up another Asian lady when she had a line up then I asked if there were anymore tellers working she said she don’t even do teller stuff and they don’t help customers with there banking needs?!! what?!!!!
The worst in customer service and the application is 80% of times either on maintenance or not working properly
I went to exchange cash and they said they don’t keep cash on hand, I pointed out that they’re a bank and the guy said it’s actually a meeting centre, well the sign says “banking centre” and Google Maps says “CIBC branch” but ok
