I went to get a reissued money order because it was damaged, and all they did was talk about their "procedure," saying they don’t even know if it’s been cashed or not. Then, out of nowhere, they tell me to get a lawyer’s stamp. How the hell is a lawyer supposed to know anything about this when they have no involvement and you can't see through your internal record. This branch's service is extremly bad! Never want to go again. Arrogant manager!
The communication with this branch in person and via email is very confusing, I needed to follow up every week to see if things are getting resolved, they I get the answer that the thing was not even started. A week later they will say that action didn't get started as its another thing needs to be done first,. Very confusing and unprofessional. Please fix that. You are a bank!!!
