The line of people needing teller service was 9 people. They had 1 teller working as hard as he could. If I was manager here, I would be embarrassed. This is a terrible location.
Why are all banks never opened on weekends. Like the ATM is locked always. It's NOT covid time anymore. Can you leave the door open to ATM at least for people with CIBC card. Also cannot deposit money in drive through, unavailable. We are getting less than third world service.
Poor service at this branch in every manner, particularly their Financial Advisors. My advisor, Rajesh Choy, was totally useless and of absolutely NO VALUE to me. Have moved to another bank
If you ask for anything out of their "receipt book", the answer will be :We don't do that yes , making a letter with my bank information and the swift code is impossible then my money will go to another bank. They seem to have too much money and don't want yours
All ways big line up waiting time 20 to 40mins mostly when I been there it's wrost place to go they should have 4 tills open not one or 2
