Bank closed on Sunday is fine, but there's no access to the ATMs. The whole point of ATMs is to make transactions after hours/without assistance. Drive-thru ATM was also just turned off, flashing that the cable was disconnected. Seriously? Ended up going to the branch on 118th whose drive-thru ATM was working, so this issue is specific to this location.

This branch they don't have a good manager she doesn't know how she tolk the customer I ask question and she answered me this is not your branch go to your branch so what is the different between the branch I was open my account this one the other branch is very far and this one is my near my house the employee is good but the manager she is not good person
This place is usless can cant even set aup a back accoutn right. I have had to come in to the branch 3 time and spent more then 3.5h on hold. what a joke this place is.
Long waiting time about 35 -45 mins. Poor customer service. Wastage of time
