This is the worst cibc branch I have ever been to, one teller at month end while others chat in their offices, no duty of care! Why is this place still open??? I feel bad for the poor teller. Line up to the front
Terrible manager, never felt with someone so rude and heartless. She treats customers and her staff like idiots. Basically embarrassing the teller and myself. How did she ever get to be in charge?!?! She should be the one embarrassed, If I could choose 0 stars I would. The teller that helped me was very friendly.
Was in line for over an hour. Workers were doing their best but line was only 5 people ahead of me and it still took over an hour.
This CIBC location always has issues with the ATM. There is often no cash available, deposits don’t work, and sometimes the machine even keeps your card. It is the worst ATM I’ve used. I have also had problems where my deposit did not go through because of these machine errors.
Bank closed on Sunday is fine, but there's no access to the ATMs. The whole point of ATMs is to make transactions after hours/without assistance. Drive-thru ATM was also just turned off, flashing that the cable was disconnected. Seriously? Ended up going to the branch on 118th whose drive-thru ATM was working, so this issue is specific to this location.
