Opened at 930am. 5 people running around looking busy. 15 minutes it took for me to get service second inline first thing this morning. One women focused only on her hair die and the way she looked in purple at her elderly age. So sad. Then the rest barely spoke English and where clearly annoyed that they had to serve customers. Im a client 26 years. And its sad.
Usually meets my needs. Outraged today - a Friday - to go to the bank to do business I needed to do with a teller in person, only to find a sign saying "teller lines are closed today". No explanation. Going out of town and needing to get business done. Totally unacceptable customer service.
I've been coming to the bank for two days in a row and it's not working. I need a cash register, I don't understand why, there's only an announcement that we're not working for no apparent reason. The only branch on the Sunshine Coast is not open during weekdays. I'm going to change banks because this is absurd.
