Poor customer service and lack of urgency dealing with client concerns and banking /estate iissues. If client intent following up constantly and pushing for answers no one dealing with the problem is being proactive on the matter. Short staffed and delay times in any response so many mistakes and lack of banking training leading the customers to do their own follow up’s and investigations at higher levels dealing with corporate or senior management. Very disappointed and appalled with being ignored.
