Bureaucratic Incompetence at its Finest I would give zero stars if I could. After having my wallet stolen—a stressful enough ordeal—I was told by CIBC that my replacement MasterCard was ready for pickup at this branch. I showed up with a valid Passport, a valid NEXUS card, and my expired license accompanied by the official Service Ontario replacement paperwork. GOOD BRANCH
I had a wonderful experience. Chandrike was welcoming and warm and ensured all my needs were taken care of! This is a great branch for new and veteran CIBC bankers. It provides a multitude of banking needs and also, it has a spacious interior decor!
