One day to the next CIBC summarily, without warning and with no reason given at any point, they froze my business account! This is after 12+ years doing business with them. I called the Golden branch and the woman was completely uncaring and unhelpful How hard would it have been to bring up my account and look?? I called the helpline. Same thing.
