Rude manager.
Booked an appointment with this branch and told them how urgent it was, only to get a call the day before letting me know they changed their mind and can’t help me open a business account, terrible service and no one takes accountability for their actions when you can only deal with people through the phone, will not bank here anymore.
Machines are always broken. Always a 20 minute wait. Stay away
