I’ve been with CIBC for over 10 years. Very happy with the service at this location. Had a bad experience online applying for a credit card but they fixed the issue I had and added extra info in the application process to explain things better. That’s good service.
I would give them -5 stars if there was an option.The manager is the worst at her job and should be fired. DONOT BANK HERE,WORST BANK EVER!!!IVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS,THEY GAVE ME 2 CARDS,THE MACHINE ATE ONE AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY GOVERNMENT FUNDS WHICH ARE ILLEGAL TO HOLD. CIBC SHOULD BE IMBARASSED TO HAVE A BANK OPERATE THIS WAY.CLOSE IT CUZ THEY DONT CARR HOW RUDE THEY ARE.
