I have always had a good experience at this CIBC branch, and the other staff have been great. But Daniel Wong was really rude and unhelpful. My friends and I are all students, and we won’t be going to him again. It’s disappointing, especially since the rest of the team has always been professional and welcoming. This one experience alone honestly made us think it might be better to move to RBC.
Worst branch , you have to wait 30mins to see teller to access routine banking services, and god bless if you find a proper one.Most tellers are trainee . People who know work are actully hiding in their chambers to avoid work . Two Debit machines are only ones working sincerely at this branch . CIBC can definitely do better.
