I was quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. There were two untrained individuals at the help desk who were unable to issue a closing balance. It was evident they lacked the necessary training to assist customers effectively. When I visited another branch, the issue was resolved within seconds. I strongly believe that proper training should be provided to staff before assigning them to customer service roles.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at CIBC thanks to Ashish Verma! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. Ashish went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to great customer service. CIBC is lucky to have him on their team!
Should be closed or have different branding. This is not a banking center it's atms with a person sitting at a welcome kiosk. Can't get change. $17 /mo or more for a bank acc to have banking centers that can't give rolls of coin?
