I was quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. There were two untrained individuals at the help desk who were unable to issue a closing balance. It was evident they lacked the necessary training to assist customers effectively. When I visited another branch, the issue was resolved within seconds. I strongly believe that proper training should be provided to staff before assigning them to customer service roles.
