I got approved for a credit card online and was informed to verify my income in person at a branch. I took all the documents and got it verified by a banker AV. I still haven't received my card yet even after emailing the banker numerous times. It's been more than 6 months now since I got approved for the card. The toll free line always gets dropped so I can't reach them either. It is so frustrating. Very disappointed!
