Absolutely unacceptable, this was the most frustrating banking experience of my life. I had an urgent issue paying with my debit card, used the CIBC chat for help, and was redirected to a phone line where I waited over an hour just to reach an agent. For a major bank, this level of service is beyond disappointing. I’ve never felt so let down during a critical moment.
I had an appointment with manager Alan to open a new account for my daughter. He provided the service quickly and professionally. I really like the atmosphere at this bank and appreciate their competence.
First of all, I've been trying to reach customer service for two hours, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. Furthermore, the transactions I've attempted with your bank have been consistently interrupted, and I've been given different information each time. This has caused my transactions to be delayed and has caused a significant loss of trust. Due to these issues, I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and customer service be made more effective.
