Slow customer service. Came in to close down my bank account and it was nothing but a hassle. They charged me $16.95 for bank fees as I was closing it because it was near the end of the month yet my fees don’t come out until mid month when I had opened the account. I asked about it being prorated, nope full month fees. I originally opened this for the bonus and a stipulation was to keep my payroll in for 12 months, no problem. This is the worst bank branch in the city. Nowhere else have I been treated as disrespectfully and humiliatingly as I have been at this branch. I no longer want to be a customer of this bank solely because of the way the tellers treat their customers. I would never recommend that anyone open a bank account here. I have decided to close my account because of the rude, disrespectful, and humiliating treatment I received. As a customer, I found the experience deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable.
The teller ignored me this morning Jun 09 despite having no clients and walked away without assisting. Very poor customer service.
