First of all, I've been trying to reach customer service for two hours, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. Furthermore, the transactions I've attempted with your bank have been consistently interrupted, and I've been given different information each time. This has caused my transactions to be delayed and has caused a significant loss of trust. Due to these issues, I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and customer service be made more effective.
August 22, 2025. *Warning: This branch is a training centre, so that's why it's so half-assedly staffed (told me by a veteran staff member). It's been over ten years, since I closed my account here, but from the recent reviews, nothing has changed. The biggest problem I had with this branch, was when they deducted $37.91, due to a supposed bounced paycheque I deposited. My credit is good and I have worked all my life and paid my taxes. I went there to get a 15k loan for further credit improvement purposes. They politely showed me to get lost. I honestly don't understand what happened there. I felt mocked, snobed and shamed. I have closed my account.
