Great branch , amazing customer service.
Came in today to add my spouse to my new checking account after being instructed to do so by a CIBC customer service advisor - was met with the rudest bank teller - she has a Ukrainian accent, blonde, skinny with an acne scarred face. She told me I was unable to do so, and needed to speak with my financial advisor - i told her I didn't have one as I opened the account online and that I cannot make an appointment as we both work until 4:30. Worst customer service. Not enough tellers. long line ups.
Jaswin was extremely unhelpful when it comes to a large account. Simple change transaction made incessantly difficult. Arguing with clientele, and coworkers. I come to this location multiple times per week and never have issues with any teller except her.
3 teller but is too slow , Look like Their no experience to serve the client, Take more than 35 minutes in line to get through
