I went into the bank to apply for a credit card everything was going fine until the lady (east idian) that was taking my information didn't look like she knew what she was doing then another lady came in and help her so they told me it well be ship in a week so I waited but by that time I had moved so I called the bank to send it to the closer bank and of course it was a east Indian man which was fine until I found out it wasn't even ship there. NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONES
This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a bank. As someone with a serious health condition, I was already struggling—I could only walk with the help of a cane. Instead of receiving the support and understanding I needed, I was met with rudeness, racism, and a complete lack of empathy from the staff, particularly the individual who claimed to be the manager.
