The bad reviews genuinely surprise me. I have been using CIBC for more than a year, and every time I attend this branch, I have great experience. Everyone from the staff is polite and helpful, they all eager to help. Whatever issues or questions I have, they always help and find answers. Strongly recommend!
Had the worst experience at this branch. 1. Some staff are extremely lazy to do their easy jobs and have very rude attitude. I had to request a transaction record with specific time on only ONE day cause of fraud, but the staff there refused me multiple times and found the most ridiculous excuses not to give me. Even the police thought it was unbelievable cause they’ve seen people getting the exact thing that I was asking for, from THIS bank. This branch has provided nothing but garbage. 2.
