I had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. My partner and I came in to close an account, and the consultant deliberately ignored me throughout the conversation. She clearly understood what I was saying but refused to respond to me directly, only replying when my boyfriend repeated my questions. I asked for my client account information they have on my account, they gave me a paper with an obvious on line screen shot of a phone logged into an account , and told me they werent able to access and I would have to wait. This is after already waiting for a booked apointment to come to this branch to retrieve what I had requested of my client account information cibc has ever had on me.
I am writing this review for my dad! He had a wonderful experience with Veeral Bhatt, he took the time to walk through the process and explained everything throughout. It took a little longer than we had hoped but he was there for every step of the way and apologize always for any sort of delay. Thank you so much for helping my dad get what he needed
