Such unprofessional staff, the guy at the front desk was least helpful for me, i needed bank’s swift code and he told me it’s available online on your app, and he didn’t showed me. I tried everything but couldn’t find it online. My question to The bank is why hiring such people who are not serving ur client.!! At least provide good customer service that’s bare minimum.
Bad service, give me wrong infomation about TFSA. Not professional at all.
Very disappointed. After withdrawing money, I was waiting for the uber, and then I was told that I could not wait inside, and the security guard tried to kick me out. Meanwhile, the temperature outside was -20 degrees. As a customer, I was treated like a homeless person.
Excellent customer service I visited several imes. Location is excellent.
