I recently visited this bank branch and had an exceptional experience! Eugene, the representative who assisted me, was absolutely delightful to interact with. His pleasant demeanor and happy-go-lucky attitude made our conversation a genuine pleasure. Eugene was not only friendly but also highly efficient in resolving my queries. He addressed all my concerns promptly and professionally, making the entire process seamless. Kudos to Eugene at this branch for providing top-notch service!
I had a VERY disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. The service provided by the manager, Nicole, along with senior clerk Stacy and clerk Eugene, was far from professional. The bank is scheduled to open at 9:30 AM, but the doors were not unlocked until 9:40 AM, which seems unacceptable for a professional institution.
