Terrible Service! Only two tellers working, and the wait time was 45 minutes! Completely unacceptable for a bank. The line kept growing, but no urgency from the staff. If you value your time, go elsewhere!

Worst Cibc branch. Never make an appointment with their financial adviser name Flor and Vinay. I book an appointment with them, my husband and I even got an confirmation text but both of them was no where to find. I talk to their manager I said about everything, she is even trying to say “it might be 11? I said look at the confirmation it is loud and clear written @1pm. She is not even bothered how her staff forgot about the appointment. And when you talk to them they have different views on each of transactions you will ask... read more
