This has to be the slowest branch I ever been in. Waiting 45mins to see a teller. To working and to sitting a talking. Not sure what the are employees do for the bank. But should take there conversation elsewhere as the line up grows.
Why is it that the line is 10 deep and they only have one teller open??? This happens on multiple occasions!!! Like EVERY TIME!!!! Never staffed well and always delays. Come on CIBC!!! This is why everyone is switching to virtual banking!
Only one teller running the entire bank at any time. Be prepared to stand in line waiting.
