This bank is gang of fraudsters. They make an offer of 0% balance transfer for 10 months, purposely avoid disclosure of how payments will be distributed between regular expenses and paying this balance transfer back, giving zero control over this to the customer, then take part of payments for next statement to pay back the balance transfer and charge interest as if you fail to pay statement in full. Waiting times are horrible and the worse is they have 1 teller on a rush hour I have been banking with them from 2017 and the service has gone very bad. Like I don't want the personal bankers to come and assist us put a teller and stop overworking the labnese teller.
I wish there was less than one star. I waited in line for 20 minutes and this lady came out and said how can I help you when it was my turn to go to the front. She said I will help you out please have a seat. She took me out of the line. Had me sit down and said I will come help you after 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she said wait for another 10 minutes or just go grab a coffee and come back. I said first you took me out of the line and now you are telling me to wait additional 10 minutes. terrible service. There where 8 people waiting for a teller . 1 teller working. All I could see working at the branch were 3 people in total. 1 teller 2 in offices. A VERY INSUFFICIENT BRANCH. stay away from this branch if you're in a hurry ..
This has to be the slowest branch I ever been in. Waiting 45mins to see a teller. To working and to sitting a talking. Not sure what the are employees do for the bank. But should take there conversation elsewhere as the line up grows.
