Unfortunately, had a Terrible experience on 16135 97 street. Associates Talking about everything else but helping a customer. I came in the branch 4:40pm and left 5:00 and I was second in the line lol.
i have been standing in line for over half hour one teller 10 people in the line up, a lady came out from her office i asked if she could deposit a cheque she ignored me and went back into her office..hire more staff! what a joke pam the acting manager helped me she was so nice and pleasant but she was the only one to come out of her office and aknowledge all the people that have been standing there forever
