The worst customer service experience. The female head cashier, with green and blue hair, has a clear attitude problem. She will not listen to the client and keeps interrupting them. She badly needs to get trained in customer service. The branch manager is a huge disappointment. Instead of apologizing for this green-haired lady's attitude, he chose not to inform the client that she would receive training or take courses to create a healthier customer service experience. Operator couldn’t verify me , I had issue with my credit card it was locked and I was in USA they told I have to go to the branch to in order to unblock my card, so they block it than they refused to unblock it via phone because I didn’t remember my fist address in Canada(10 years ago) , now I left on my own in Montana, horrible experience and horrible experience! Additionally I will be charged late fee from my home insurance because of that !very bad work CIBC and not reliable bank! So frustrated!(
What a joke only one Teller on and there is a line of people very poor customer service
Why are you cold calling about my CIBC Mastercard account? I didn't reach out to you, so don't use my information to contact me out of the blue. The call very much felt like a scam call.
