Went in yesterday, the blonde lady WOW customer service right out the door!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH All I was trying to do was change my phone number to log into my online banking couldn’t even do that! Not only was she rude. She looked at me and said did you not understand what I said like I was stupid. Really need to take a look at your staff, hopefully management actually takes one of these Google review seriously about their staff!!

Cibc won’t give me my 25.000 dollar On October 29, 2025, I tried to send money to another country through a CIBC branch. In short, CIBC gave me a very bad experience. Almost a month has passed, and my money is missing. I can't get my $25,000 back. They say they're making me wait for the intermediary bank and the other bank to refund it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at this branch. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, which left me very disappointed.
