Horrible bank. I had the worst experience with the teller at this branch. Hire some people with integrity, honesty.
Treated so poorly by staff that obviously don't care about clients needs. Wake up as people are changing accounts.
If I could give this bank a 0 I would. I am trying to help my senior mother with banking and it’s been a nightmare. They (Mahnoor)does not call when promises, doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. I have called and asked to speak to a manager and have not heard from them either.
