The worst place ever!!! No sense of customer service or respect for your time. They will claim that they called you but nope they never did. Their manager won't pick up your calls or get in touch with you for your concerns over your own money.
Use this bank all the time. It use to be a 5 star bank but not anymore. They don’t have enough tellers to keep the line moving. If you’re seeing someone other than a teller, you have to report in because the person you’re seeing may not come out of their office. So you just end up sitting and waiting. I tried to get some GIC’s but the young lady had a difficult time. I doubt she knows what she is doing. Good Luck…
The worst customer service I have ever had in my life! Would give them a 0 if I could! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible bank. I had the worst experience with the teller at this branch. Hire some people with integrity, honesty.
Treated so poorly by staff that obviously don't care about clients needs. Wake up as people are changing accounts.
