There was a fraud charged on my credit card. I called customer service 2x and was put on hold for 1 hour on each calls, & I couldn’t wait. On the 3rd call, waited 30 minutes and was able to talk to a call Centre and was promised that I should get my new replacement card within 24-48 hrs. I choose this branch as its the closest to my house. I inquired 3x with the teller. I bank at CIBC, the branch on 127 St and 137 Ave. Excellent customer service, tellers are knowledgeable and friendly, our banking advisor is very smart, has excellent strategies for wealth growth and is very personable. I go to this bank because the staff is great!
Rude customer service. Never come back this branch
This place is a disaster. Staff are terrible to deal with, crappy attitude and zero customer service.
