There was a fraud charged on my credit card. I called customer service 2x and was put on hold for 1 hour on each calls, & I couldn’t wait. On the 3rd call, waited 30 minutes and was able to talk to a call Centre and was promised that I should get my new replacement card within 24-48 hrs. I choose this branch as its the closest to my house. I inquired 3x with the teller. I was getting frustrated , So I asked the teller if she could give me another phone number to call, well she did, only it was all about investment and nothib... read more
