Had to stop using this company after almost 30 years with them. Their staff are no trained at all, they lied to me over getting money back from a fraudulent charge (which I still haven't been paid back for. The staff made fun of my poor health and laughed at me when I wanted to complain. After closing my account they sent my money to the wrong address. It has been 30 days and they only just now told me they mailed me my money and it will take another 5-10 days when I could have just went and picked it up. This company has ze... read more
