The bank teller who was wearing a blue top the day of my visit (September 14 around 3:30pm) has the biggest attitude problem! She had the biggest attitude and tone towards the clients she’s serving for someone that works a customer service job. I had to deposit a jar of coins (which were mostly rolled up) and the moment she was aware of it, let out the biggest sigh and started acting as if she didn’t want to serve me. I visited this branch as the closest to my place of residence. I needed to block my debit card and issue a new one. The cashier refused service, saying that I should go to the branch where I opened my debit card for the first time. I called the branch where I opened my first debit card and the consultant told me that this is not true information and that I can solve this problem at any branch!! They simply did not want to serve me or the cashier was not competent in these matters. I am very dissatisfied!
