Went to deposit a 600000 dollar bankdraft. Teller put in 60000 only. The other work who was supposed to help said she already sent a message and told me to go home and wait while my ballace only show 60000. They can’t provide any receipts or anything when they messed up a simple transaction that’s related to over half million dollars. I go in there and have no problems and good service, but they are impossible to get ahold of over the phone in a timely manner. I leave messages only to receive a call back days later, long after I decide to just go in and deal with whatever it is I need done. Overall pretty good, but they should get a handle on service regarding phone calls
