I had to wait more than half an hour, and customer service was so bad. They were so mean, and they didn't have any knowledge about what they were doing. Worst customer service ever seen.
We recently needed to sign some documents and we couldn't use DocuSign for some reason. We had them emailed to this branch. At first no one could find them as they had been emailed to the wrong person. However the staff did not rest until they had them, then provided sound advice about carefully reading and discussing all points of concern, then scanned them back to where they needed to go. Worst experience with this bank. The staff is very unprofessional. I went there to get my debit card, and even after repeating my phone number four times, the staff member still entered it incorrectly. She also failed to mention that my account was not active. I even have a mortgage with this bank, and yet the level of service and professionalism is extremely disappointing. They seriously need to train their staff better on customer service and accuracy.
My CIBC bank account is not secured by the bank. They are collaborating with different companies to defraud customers. I have applied to the relevant authorities, but no one has responded.
