We waited although we have appointment. The receive bad reception from the person that is assigned to us. No sense of confidentiality, we actually requested to closed the door so people from outside can’t hear our personal information like SIN. The manager talk to us outside the room where there are other people. We are not comfortable talking about our finances outside where other people can hear. Very bad customer service. No sense of privacy.

Worst branch in Canada, these people are so inept is ridiculous. The manage is never in and when she is she is useless. She must be sucking off somebody higher up on the regular because she certainly didn't earn the job on merit. Edit: This bank is so bad that my one star review brought their rating up a point. DONT BANK HERE.

I went to this branch to print statements for my 3 mortgages that were closed in the last year and I need the statements for tax return. The first time I went here on Jan 28, a young lady helped me print the statements for 2 of the mortgages. Because I could not find the mortgage number for the 3rd one, I told her I will come back. So on Jan 30, I went back to the same branch with the mortgage number, the lady who helped me was not there, and 3 other ladies were not able to print the statement for me.
