Pésima atención de la ejecutiva, fui a hacer un depósito le entregué mi tarjeta y el monto escrito porque no hablo ingles, la ejecutiva me hizo sentir discriminada, le molestó que no le entendiera, se notó en su cara, y su mala forma de atenderme, cibc debería tener una forma de traducción como el banco TD. Mi experiencia en esta sucursal fue muy incómoda.

Made an appointment for a personal loan and because of my low credit score I was snubbed and treated as tho I didn't matter. Very cold soul for a fiance advisor at CIBC figured they cared for clients. Nope this lady was rude and not nice at all..
The worst banking experience I've ever had, I opened an account one month ago with credit card, and still the card has not arrived yet. I called them 20 times to follow up and "mistakenly" they input the wrong address. It's shame how they are very careless
My experience at this CIBC branch was extremely disappointing. I had to make two separate trips for a simple issue because the tellers seemed unsure how to handle their own system. When I asked for help, instead of receiving support, I was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the branch manager, who chose to raise her voice rather than listen or assist.
