I had horrible experience. The Stagg was so rude. Not all but one staff in specific whose name I don't know. She was rude on all her replies and treated me as if I don't deserve to be served well.
Have been banking with CIBC for approximately 14 years and have been a loyal client having both my personal and business accounts with them. Terrible customer service, waited in line for 20 minutes and the teller allowed two people in line to go ahead of me. When I confronted the employee about being there first, they had nothing to say and ignored me continuing to assist the other customer. Absolutely horrible experience, staff were incompetent and downright rude. A lame excuse for a bank branch.
Second time being to things bank. Second time having Cynthia help me. Second time Cynthia has showed attitude towards me. I wonder how Cynthia treats the rest of CIBC clientele. Such a shame to have someone like that working for a company inwich I trust my money with. Does not make me feel comfortable using this branch. And I will not again.
