To much waiting to get service
This location is far better than the downtown Jasper Ave location. In general, I never had the rhythm with CIBC. Extremely beaurocratic. Always will make things difficult. I finally decided to close the account and disconnect from all business with CIBC. They were not good when I moved to Canada many years ago. They still have very bad service even after a decade.
We had an urgent issue that needed immediate attention, and David and Jason at CIBC were outstanding. They took the time to understand our situation, acted quickly, and contacted the right people in CIBC's auto loan department to help us get the assistance we needed. My friend has a language barrier, but they were patient, respectful, and made sure we understood everything.
