Service was absolutely horrendous workers were smoking in the workplace.
Incompetent.
Absolutely the worst place anyone can deal with, CIBC as a whole has extremely questionable practices when dealing with customers, as a corporation the way they deal with people comes from the top and roles down to the branch level. My opinion is that they are none less than corporate liars, cheats, and thivies. So glad I have removed all my funds from them, might I suggest everyone do the same.
Both the cashier and the manager didn't know how to make my trillium cheques go to direct deposit .and whst only took 10 minutes. Wow.
