Someone needs to teach the tellers at the Dresden CIBC location two things: 1. Manners 2. The Bank Act, Section 627.25 - This section of the Bank Act states that a bank MUST CASH a Government of Canada cheque free of charge as long as it is less that $1750 and the person has the correct identification. Maybe take a peek at the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada Regulations as well.
Had a few problems and Christina was wonderful and handled it very quickly and efficient. Very professional. The tellers are always helpful and friendly.
Service was absolutely horrendous workers were smoking in the workplace.
