Front line staff excellent, efficient and friendly. However, one must make an appointment with a "financial advisor" to open a simple account. After speaking with Joshua, who apparently one must go thru to open a basic account, was told 2 days to get back to me to verify simple information. Its now day 3, no call, no email, no service, no class. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The other "advisor" Donna, was the same. Run, don't walk, away from this bank.
