The north side branch is very good and helpful , I don’t even go to my home branch ,, the staffs are friendly , specially Mary and Sarah and a hijabi lady are very very helpful
Cibc customer care become very worst calls are ending on its own . If I go to Bank branch for mortage they give mortgage customer service but no number connects to mortage team . So if you want to struggle between branch and customer service go for CIBC. Branch see their own mortgage team like external people tell us sorry we don’t know anything about mortage you need to. All mortage customer service but their number won’t work . So what is the solution of this anyone know ?
Can't use the ATM after banking hours because they've locked the doors now. So you have no access to it.
Place closes at 5 and they don't even leave the atm section open anymore. Who does this place service if the working class can never use the facility. What is happening to Canada
