Was a great help when having to deal with a fraud experience.
Staff have always been nice to me, just wish there were more of them. Only two tellers on does not work for people in a hurry.
Terrible in person service .. waited in line for over 30 minutes because one teller and he wasn’t trained properly .. other teller left for 30 minute lunch with 7 people still waiting in line and passed off her current client to the untrained teller ., I may be considering pulling all my monies and investments from CIBC
