I stood in line and saw a terrible attitude towards the client on the part of an Arab woman who works there. How she treated a man with such rudeness and her facial expression as if it was hate work for her. I can't understand how such people can work with people. The boss should make a remark or fire these people. We hope that there will be better service for people. Thank you
Super slow, 10 people in line waiting only 1 till open other works walking around and talking with other workers onward of helping. Rude when I got to the till if possible go to any other cibc. Slowest bank experience I’ve ever had.

Thousand reviews won’t be enough to describe the professionalism and polite service we receive from the bank staff in this outlet. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names , but the beautiful ladies who works there give exceptional service every time we visit this outlet. Specially my child loves to visit this branch to have a quick chat with staff members. Some bankers keep candy’s with them to offer children which is so sweet. This is the best CIBC outlet ever.
