One teller with over 10 people in line, multiple other employees walking around the branch or hiding in their offices not helping out. Maybe hire a couple more people?
Too much wait and employees don’t even care, get you breakfast and lunch with you if you are visiting this branch because you would have to wait in long queue.

They have one branch for the whole south side and they have 1 teller serving customers. There is always a long wait every time I come here.
