Why on a Monday morning is there only 2 tellets on with 17 people in line? Each person taking 20 minutes on average this is terrible customer service and a ridiculous waiting time. Also there's seems to be other people in their offices and no one coming out to help? Awful ! If I could have done no scars I would have!

This bank is gang of fraudsters. They make an offer of 0% balance transfer for 10 months, purposely avoid disclosure of how payments will be distributed between regular expenses and paying this balance transfer back, giving zero control over this to the customer, then take part of payments for next statement to pay back the balance transfer and charge interest as if you fail to pay statement in full.
