Every time I'm here I have to wait upward of an hour. Only ever 1 teller.
This is not a bank, it is a box full of robots which needs to be programmed !!
I worked in banking for many years, and I can say with complete honesty that I have NEVER seen people as incompetent as the employees who I dealt with at this branch. They couldn't complete the most basic of transactions, (even at senior level,) and they got mad when asked to perform anything more complex than a cash withdrawal. This branch should be shut down, it’s pick hours 1.26 PM and 30 over minutes waiting due to not having enough stuff, it’s always like this here
