Not enough tellers. Terrible bank .. TD In this area makes me feel much more comfortable and appreciated. Banking should not be this complex. I was here and an Indian lady was training an African American lady. She was so rude to her and you could tell with her tone of voice she was condescending. Would give zero stars .. will be cancelling our Costco credit card due to the constant led down. It's not just this branch. CIBC is not well managed

Waited 3 Weeks Only to Be Completely Disregarded After waiting over three weeks for an appointment,I arrived at the bank today for my scheduled meeting, only to be informed that the manager was sick and did not come in. No one from the bank bothered to call, email, or message me to reschedule or inform me of their unavailability. I wasted my time, took time off work, and rearranged my schedule for nothing.
