I'd like to know how CIBC can have record profits every year and still have understaffed branches everywhere. Gateway Boulevard has to be the worst
People working there are not helpful. They are so rude, I went to this branch for the first time and really disappointed
Worse branch ever. Went to go deposit a cheque CIBC cheque, staff refused to put any effort into to try to even verify the cheque. Rude staff, only arguing not following proper banking procedures. Went to another CIBC branch was able to have cheque released no problem.
Namita and Ranjhima are really good, thanks for good service
