Bad service
I was met with attitude when I went in today and I felt very awkward and disrespected, especially having been a CIBC member for over 10 years. Almost every time I have come to this branch, the customer service has been unacceptable, including high wait times and no one answering phones. This just tipped me over the edge. I’ve been here multiple times now and honestly it’s just worth the drive to go to a further branch.

Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately they can barely speak English at this location
The worse bank in all of edmonton.9 people with one teller then when I was told to be quiet or id be kicked out of the bank I can see why most of the reviews say the staff is rude unhelpful, and belligerent. If you want to open acount do not do it at this specific location.
