Do not do business in this branch , We had an appointment today April 23 ,2026 @ 5:00pm together with my 91 yrs old mom who is in a wheelchair .(plus this bad weather. )A staff approached us and said that no one can help us because the advisor was not in today. No phone calls telling us that our appointment was canceled and they cannot accommodate us for today . A very bad experience in this branch ☹️☹️☹️
I am extremely frustrated and frankly outraged by the pathetic service at the CIBC Parsons Road Branch. About a month ago, I visited the branch to apply for a Personal Line of Credit. An advisor named Aravind Vashist took all my documents and assured me the process would move forward. I submitted everything immediately and followed up the very next day. Cant believe I'm writing a review for a bank but I feel it necessary to warn anyone considering making this their home branch. We are now on our third account manager and its more of the same complacent unresponsive behavior. Multiple weeks over multiple emails attempts and follow ups and they cant be bothered with a single response. We can't leave this branch fast enough, partially because its impossible to get a hold of our account manager or any administration. Take your money somewhere that wants it. They dont.
