Poor customer services. I will cancel the account with CIBC. Staffs and manager don’t need customers. Their attitude is so rude.
I had a great experience at this branch this afternoon. The employees I met were friendly and courteous. Ms. Nemat(sorry if I spell that wrong)which I was dealing with, was very helpful and polite. She made the whole transaction very easy and stress free. I thank you for that.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the CIBC located on Ellerslie Road. The management is completely inefficient. I was the victim of fraud six months ago, and for the past six months, they have not resolved completely—my issue has not been fully addressed.
