The woman I dealt with today at the Walkerton Branch was useless and extremely rude. I cashed a check a deposit not realizing that there would be a hold on some of my funds which I needed for Christmas. I had my debit card the check with my name on it and I brought it into the branch and I nicely asked if they would be willing to take the hold off for me and the woman named Debbie said she could not verify the check now keep in mind I was extremely nice to her I said hello which I didn't get a reply back.
