C’est infernal pour réussir à joindre le service client. À croire que le numéro en ligne ne sert à rien.
L'employée à la caisse a ouvert mon enveloppe contenant ma carte de credit sous prétexte de chercher mon numero de telephone alors qu'on pouvait le trouver directement sur l'enveloppe sans avoir à l'ouvrir. Pour moi, c'est inacceptable d'ouvrir une lettre à mon nom sans mon consentement.
