Although I have had a nightmare time dealing with this branch as well as dealing with horrible assistance from any type of management, one teller Alice is like a ray of sunshine in the branch! She is extremely kind, understanding and patient and made my experience good enough I needed to write a good review. Bad bank experience but great employee. Good job Alice, keep smiling and being kind ❤
