It is a blessing to meet Charu at this branch, she is super super nice, kind, friendly, and professional. She is always willing to help, and she knows how to do it. Me and my friends have been to some other branches, including the RBC and CIBC, across Kelowna, Charu is the best. Definitely 10 out of 10.
Terrible experience. Have to go back to another branch after being told specifically at an appointment I had to call to get something done. Manager was a condescending jerk. 2 hour visit with no bathroom available and my issue still isn't resolved.
