Just ...not pleasant people to interact with. Really bad.
I had a couple of grievances and rather than help me out and attempt to understand me, the black teller that took me chose to argue with me and give me a lecture on attitude. The manager eventually resolved my grievances after taking the time to understand them and she was kind. Great customer service from the manager, however, these tellers are unprofessional and borderline incompetent.
Tellers are usually very efficient and quick.
Will never go back again to this location
Just seeing the reviews no wonder I was disappointed with the service lol . Im not going to get into what I had to deal with but let's just say the teller was very unhelpful and totally sucks at her job giving me a hard time about my money and me getting . Ya avoid this location is probably the best thing you could do .
