Awful awful awful. They literally never answer a phone or call back after I leave a message. Have to take time to go into the branch where there is no customers. So why don’t they answer the phone? Not sure I’ve ever heard of a someone being too lazy to answer a phone
If you’re planning to do business here then keep planning and do it at any other branch. This cibc is the worst I’ve ever seen and it is not reliably open
The customer service tellers are fine, not sure why they always have 1 teller, when the line is always very long all the time, the security guard needs to stop dragging her shoes on the floor, it is so irritating to wait and listen to her shoes!
