What’s the point of having ATMs there when you can’t access it when the branch is closed?
If there was an option for zero star I'd give that. Extremely incompetent staff and poor customer service skills. I come here begrudgingly once every couple months to deposit cheques for an associate who holds a CIBC account and the lack of competence is glaring everytime I am here. It seems like all the tellers are in training and need help from a nonchalant manager for most transactions. Thankfully I am not a CIBC account holder and seeing the kind of service doled out here, I am gladly not missing out on anything
Today's experience was less than satisfactory. The teller today was a Filipina whom did not speak proper English. I said to her, "You have Japanese Yen and Philippine Pesos for me." And her replay was "we only have Canadian and US". I had to tell her that it had been ordered, which of course how else would I get foreign currency from a bank.
