They should just shut down this branch and demolish the building it's such a shitty bank
Absolutely terrible service. Have been trying to secure a GIC for close to 3 months. The original person I spoke with ghosted on me then responded weeks later, then again later telling me she was no longer in that department. Then dealt with another guy who communicates like a 6 year old. Finally got the GIC signed, now that rates have dropped even further. Sadly, all banks seem to provide the same level of crap service these days. Do not use the TD Whyte Ave branch. Absolute gong show.
I’ve been a customer with Cibc for over 10 years. I usually get good service at this location. I’ve had too many bad experience with other banks
The worst branch I've ever been to. The counter guy is a jerk and doesn't even greet you. He pulls your card out with very rude manners. He told me my card doesn't work, even though I had just told him my card does work, but I can't make online purchases. He left me sitting for 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone on the phone without telling me what the next step would be.
