I am deeply disappointed with Gary, an incompetent staff member. I have been living in Unionville for a long time, but staff who can only provide such arrogant service should be retrained or dismissed. Your company's values are being called into question.

Terrible customer service. I went to the branch several times and all the experiences were bad. The staff are not helpful at all and very ignorant, so I ended up closing all my cibc accounts.
it’s Friday afternoon and expected to be 20-30 min but was done in 5 min! Super impressed with Gary and his service! Thank you ! Definitely recommend
