Awesome people to deal with. I deal with other banks & I can only say 1 thing I never saw a GM in any other bank or location who is always outside her office to help her people and customers . It’s very hard to see a manager outside of their office or even to have an appointment with the branch manager with other banks or locations. Had an appointment with advisor Rajbir & GM. Both did an amazing job by explaining different options . They both were polite , knowledgeable and welcoming. Great advice given to me according to my finances. Best branch to have financial advice. Always smile on their face and ready to help. KUDOS to both. Excellent service. Easy to make an appointment and get good advise from advisor's . While I was there I only noticed people were walking in and were forcing the staff to accommodate them .It's advisor branch as it's mentioned no teller services multiple places to notify client's like me. I walked in with appointment and advisor was there so I didn't care for the front desk. Poor employee at this location who suffer with this kind of attitude then clients like me talk about employee's face, rudeness or professionalism. So far... read more
