I was there today and was greeted at the door and treated like I was someone special. Great service.
Customer service here is so deplorable, It was the main contributor to me shutting down my bank account. My bank account I opened in 1996 as a kid, for my paper route money.
Cara is the best! While she super busy, she is always incredibly helpful with complex matters. I’m grateful for her attention to detail and hope she never leaves Strathroy/Glencoe branches!
