today I had a bad experience with strathroy CIBC because we made a draft from them and than we went to the RBC for deposit the draft, but they needed to verify the check so they called CIBC but they told them to wait and an hour passed and they still didnt call so one staff member of RBC went to CIBC and veryfied the check. We're really disapointed with the staff of this branch ( CIBC), RBC staff was really nice and very helpful.The manager of cibc strathroy branch wasn't helpfull.we wasted our time because of them.
All banks are the same but not all bank staff are the same, the team at Strathroy CIBC are always friendly and helpful, and are great at showing me that, even though I am certainly not their biggest or most important client overall, I am at the moment I’m in front of them. I was there today and was greeted at the door and treated like I was someone special. Great service.
Customer service here is so deplorable, It was the main contributor to me shutting down my bank account. My bank account I opened in 1996 as a kid, for my paper route money.
