I called this branch as I needed to speak urgently with someone at the branch. After numerous attempts to contact via phone no one answered the phone nor returned the voicemail message I left!! Horrible service.
I visited this location two weeks ago and set up an appointment for mortgage renewal which is the priority. I mentioned if the advisor could open an account for a teen, then we would prefer doing it at the same time. The receptionist made an appointment but the advisor told me she only could open the account but not able to renew mortgage. The branch receptionist just wasted the client’s time!
As a CIBC client for three years, I have always met my banking needs with Winifred Rodrigues, who is an excellent banker at this branch. She is honest and easy to work with to help meet your banking needs. I thank her very much and recommend her to anyone interested in a banker who does the job fast and properly!
