Not helpful at all. Really slow on all processes. Always have a line on 5+ people and never react to it increasing the number of people at the front line.
Anyone that isn't happy with any CIBC bank, you can call CIBC client care. If not resolved call OBSI. CIBC in Malton is the worst by far. Two useless managers Debbie Ghosh and Amandeep Kaur
