Had an appointment at CIBC today and received excellent service from Jinu Jose. They were very professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciated their helpful attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend Jinu if you’re visiting this branch!

Should give info 1 time, i was there first, they said need other paperwork. I went home came back. They said you have to go to other branch, as it this draft was issued by them. Should have told first time.
