Line-up of 9 customers, only one teller working. The other two tellers are counting cash??? Zero attempt to pause their work to help the rest of us. Do better.
I would of given them a 0....By far the worst, most inept bank I have ever dealt with. Staff untrained ,manager rude , staff lack knowledge and customer service is non existent., They are not happy until your not happy. Deal with another bank that wants your business.
Hands down the worst bank and branch I’ve ever dealt with. To describe it in one word - useless. Terrible hours, terrible customer service, terrible everything. Manager is rude and condescending, tellers are slow and inept. Take your banking elsewhere!
