I would of given them a 0....By far the worst, most inept bank I have ever dealt with. Staff untrained ,manager rude , staff lack knowledge and customer service is non existent., They are not happy until your not happy. Deal with another bank that wants your business.
Hands down the worst bank and branch I’ve ever dealt with. To describe it in one word - useless. Terrible hours, terrible customer service, terrible everything. Manager is rude and condescending, tellers are slow and inept. Take your banking elsewhere!
It would be nice if the hours the door to the instant teller was open was posted somewhere. I went to use the instant teller but couldn’t get in because the doors were locked.
