I’m sharing a very real experience with this branch! My husband went in to purchase a 20k bank draft to purchase a vehicle. The deal fell through before he even left the branch and deposited the money right back in. Now the brand has taken the money back out and NO ONE knows where it is. No one will answer the phone, and no one is taking this seriously. All they say is “I’m gonna escalate and write notes! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

For the year ended October 31, 2024, CIBC [all lines] reported net income of $7.2 billion. But they can't afford to operate a 7 day/week ATM out of the Spruce Grove CIBC branch?! Do better!
