Opened an account online, came into the branch to verify identity, 2 weeks later still no card, went back to the branch only for them to tell me I needed to the verification at the home branch. On-boarding experience was horrible, cancelled all accounts.
NOV 29: This bank is open but the two ATMS weren't working today. Outside, there's plywood covering the damage before the wall is repaired. It's good that the bank is open again. WARNING! CLOSED TODAY NOV. 24, 2025. Someone smashed a backhoe into the front door of this CIBC bank branch to rob the ATMs inside the bank. UPDATE NOV 2025: Everything was going well during my last bank visit here until I suggested to the bank teller that there should be one or two handicapped parking spots right in front of the bank. The teller said he would talk to someone about it. A second teller butted into this conversation and said that there are two such parking spaces next to the bank.
