I had an excellent experience with one of the financial advisors at this branch, Ms. Hetal Dave. She was extremely helpful, kind, and proactive. I had come in to get my credit card issued, and despite some issues, she took great care to ensure everything was resolved and even followed up personally. I was recommended to work with Folashade by someone and she was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and details oriented. She truly cares for her clients and I can see that from the way she handles everything. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for help with any banking needs!
This is my regular go-to branch since it’s the closest. It’s a busy branch and I’ve been banking here for a while. I did noticed there are changes in staffs, but regardless of the new or old ones, at least they’ve been only friendly and helpful to me. The staffs are well trained, efficient, and professional.
I went in at 515 to do banking. There is a causcian girl that works maybe her name is Marcella. She is always rude and unprofessional. Everytime I am talking to other cashier s and doing my banking she has to always interrupt me. This happens everytime I go in. So I told her its rude to interrupt when two people are talking. I told her she was rude. She said to me get out of bank and threatened to call the police on me when I did nothing wrong. This is no way to behave with customers.
