A pretty rough experience — Tuesday at 3 PM, there was only one person working at the front desk, no one else around. Three people were waiting in line, and honestly, it didn’t feel like there was any real sense of urgency or effort.
I booked an appointment online for a client I work with. The day of the appointment we showed up they had no record of the appointment. There was one telller working the counter and it took over half an hour to even get to rebook again
