Worst service ever. Minimal staff with a giant lineup during normal daytime business hours. Staff was unfriendly and incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I do appreciate people following correct procedure, but today when I went in to make a "quick" deposit I was told that they might not be able to complete this task because I was not listed as a relationship on the account. My name is literally on the debit card on this account, and I have made deposits at anther branch to this account with no issue. Luckily, they were able to get in touch with my regular account advisor for a "one-time" verification of my identity to approve the deposit today, but this quick task ended up ta... read more
Waited 15 minutes in the line and did not get any help at all. Only need simple verification of identification for new cibc debit card and the teller told me that they need to book the appointment with financial advisors and all appointments are booked till march. Worst experience with this CIBC location.
Stopped by today (feb 15) to do some banking and needed an appointment but luckily the GM had time to see us right away! I was opening a new account and she explained everything super well, was super patient and polite! She made the experience super smooth and quick!
