Service was great! Jordan is the representative who assisted me with opening up my new accounts and he was able to explain everything to me well. Definitely enjoyed my experience with them!!!
Lucas is the best, he is always happy to help and explains everything clearly.
Have 0 customer loyalty in my experience. Recommend you go to a credit union if you want to be treated like a real person rather than just another account. CIBC estate department was terrible, made us wait months every time needed to go through them. Take your business elsewhere it will save you from a lot of headaches dealing with a bank that doesn't seem to care.
