Terrible customer service
The worst bank I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of life. I was promised 4.9% for 3 months if I opened a savings account. So I did on Aug 11th. I did a mobile deposit of a cheque from my regular bank. The funds ended up getting deposited to my credit card with them instead of being deposited to my newly opened savings account. No problem, I'll just call them and have it transferred from the credit card to the savings account. Lucas, was helpful and help me with my business
I went to the bank Monday at 9:30 when they opened. They had 2 cashiers on which I thought was sufficient although there were many customers coming in. I was 3rd in line and after a very short wait, was waited on by Steffi who is the head cashier. She was pleasant and accommodating as she accepted my rolled change cashing it in for me. I’ve done this a few times here and they’ve provided me with the paper wrappers which most banks won’t do- telling u you’ll have to buy them from the $Store.
