Brutal customer service. Only 2 people working and zero communication between the 2 of them when a "manager" is required for something small. Very disappointed in CIBC. I have been a customer for 30 years..

I would like to note that some of the best employees work here, like Natalya and Abiola, who will tell and show everything in detail, without problems or errors, which will lead to comfortable use of the bank in the future! I am very grateful to these employees for their help!
