Nobody can speak any English and the ones who can are arrogant but why? We’re at a bank getting “our” money how come we have to experience negativity each time?! Manager is even worse. Why does she even get paid? Does she even work or just sit inside an office avoiding the poor hygiene from the foreign workers? 0 stars if I could

A branch leader named Dylan helps me twice with the same issue over a couple of weeks. He was patient, understands and supportive, and remembered me from the first time. I wasn’t impressed to have to go in the branch twice for a small issue but he made it easy and demonstrated exceptional customer service.
