Phone there had to listen to about 10 different menus after pressing zero about 10 times I managed to get a hold of someone. They were to find out some information and get back to me within 30 to 60 minutes, they never did get back to me. Banks are such a joke.
Awful service. They fumbled my mortgage which cost me hundreds of dollars. Management was also unhelpful. When I asked for recourse, Jarret shrugged his shoulders and told me to contact Client Care on the website.
Least helpful branch! Manager Jaret wouldn’t want to help what so ever!
Clean, I usually use the drive through, it always works as it should.
Corey Friesen was the best he helped me out alot with me having no appointment, he saw me walked in and everything i needed to do that day he did it all!!
