I appreciate the staff’s work, but the waiting time was very long since only one person was serving customers. It would be great if more tellers could be available to speed up the service.

I usually don’t leave a review but please never go here to do any business. I came in today to close all my accounts and told me I couldn’t do it because I would need my chequing to transfer my tfsa money. I understood that but it’s so infuriating when I literally called their customer service and just advised me to go there. It would have been a help if they mentioned this ahead of time and didn’t waste my time. One of the reasons why I had to close my account was because they had forgotten to mail my cc TWICE. As my father was writing for services, My 76 year old grandmother needed the rest room and she was told by the bank teller (Ari) and the security (securitas company) to go use the washrooms across the road at Walmart.

Getting cancer 3 times was more pleasant than using this bank (location and CIBC in general). What a disaster. Avoid at all costs. Moving all my accounts to wealthsimple.
