On July 10th, I booked an in-person appointment with Amir Khadem to address an issue regarding increasing the limit on my credit card. I brought my updated documents and new employment contract, but unfortunately, he didn’t spend even five minutes with me and told me they couldn’t do anything, and that I should call myself.
