The service at this branch has been very poor. Phone calls go unanswered, and even messages left for the branch manager have not been returned. Staff have been unable to provide adequate assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch for banking services or CIBC in general.

Zero star! for opening a account & CIBC mobile banking and recieveing credit card for me and my mother i had to got there about 7 times!!!! try to escape booking with two unprofessional rude staff name DARYA Zolfaghari & Miran Bijandi They have some problem with themselves and playing with clients like ping pong ball and they did not solve the CIBC app Banking issue ! and every time they ask me to bring my 74 old mother to branch and again but they could not solve it Darya is not precise at all , she issued two different tim... read more
