I am trying to contact my local brand and it is saying the customer I am calling is out of service. This is not the first time this has happened. Don't understand why a business let alone a financial institution is having issues with their phone consistently. The matter I am needing to call about happens to be something that I was told I need to direct to my local branch within 24 hours. Very frustrating the service has declined immensely in the past couple years
Sitting and waiting to withdraw money from my account. They say it has to be done at the machine. Well, I did that last night and it did not dispense my cash. So here I am. Not only can I not get my money from a teller ,but my money , that has already been removed from my account is in limbo. How would this affect someone on a fixed income?
