Worst service. Took an hour for me to get a mortgage statement. If no one wants to work, Quit.
Been there many times, always putting unnecessary holds on paycheques. Common sense doesn't exist with some of their employees.
Such a great experience! They made the accommodations for us to sign papers quickly between said hours.. Thank you CIBC McPhillips
It's just a terrible place. Very long queues and the staff goes one in front of the other. The manager does not respond to customer requests.
