This branch is brutal. The tellers chat too much when the line is almost at the door. I just needed to pick up a credit card; there were three people in front of me, and I waited in line for over 20 minutes.
I would really appreciate Mr. Haider at the CIBC Regent branch as he is always very helpful whenever I visit. He listens carefully and explains everything in a clear and understanding way. I really appreciate his excellent service. Great work..!!
