I was in March 20/25…im not sure about some of these reviews but my experience went very well…I was promptly & politely greeted upon entering & the bank teller I dealt with was professional & kind 😊
slowest tellers ever don’t speed up when they see a line up . i used to work in banking and was fast and efficient to get customer served and out quickly
The male teller (middle)tried saying my work cheque I was depositing IN PERSON was a fake! so he didn't want to give me much of it he'd only give me 200..then suddenly 300.. then 320.. and I said it's not fake I just signed it in front of you and you verified me. (I get it's for fraud reasons) But I was verified and had been with the bank for over 3 years. Then he told me he couldn't hand me cash and to go to the ATM. Ridiculous that you go in to gets rolls of change, and it takes 45 minutes!! This has had to me on more than one occasion, I now go to an other location farther away. I will be looking for a financial advisor in an other bank(not CIBC) as I am losing faith in this bank, because of this location.
I was in this department today around 2 pm. Out of many windows, only one was open. There were two people in the queue, I was the third, and another person came after me. After 10-15 minutes, the person behind me and I left (without even waiting for the first customer to be served, because the service was very slow), and the person in front of me kept looking at his watch with the intention of leaving too. It is a pity that this branch does not value its customers. I have never had any problems with this in other branches.
