My wife and I have been served by Julia several times. Julia is very attentive and professional in her work, we are very pleased with the service. We encourage everyone to contact this CIBC branch. (2025 June - Unfortunately, Yulia no longer works there)
I went into the CIBC branch located at 87-333 St Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. I was met by a teller/clerk who was trying to help me pay of my fathers estate taxes for 2022-23. The teller was not able to help, so I asked if a manager was available to remedy the problem in a timely fashion. The manager would not come talk to me and told the teller my only choice is to wait outside the bank for 30-45 minutes until she can talk to me. They need to have more customer service people at front. Every time I come, only 2 people working at front desk and some time out of 2 only 1 is handling customers. Every time I spend like 30-40 minutes in line.
Seems like there's never anybody working here. Came in just to pick up my credit card, should have taken less thab 2 minutes. Ended up waiting more than half an hour. I should have used the time to go to another branch
