The Worst Bank I Have Ever Been A Customer Of In 65 Years. This Branch Let A Creditor Take Money From My Account And It Affected My Financial Plans. The Branch Manager Was Completely Useless And I Closed My Account That Day. DO NOT Bank Here For Any Reason !

I went into the CIBC branch located at 87-333 St Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. I was met by a teller/clerk who was trying to help me pay of my fathers estate taxes for 2022-23. The teller was not able to help, so I asked if a manager was available to remedy the problem in a timely fashion. The manager would not come talk to me and told the teller my only choice is to wait outside the bank for 30-45 minutes until she can talk to me. They need to have more customer service people at front. Every time I come, only 2 people working at front desk and some time out of 2 only 1 is handling customers. Every time I spend like 30-40 minutes in line.
