I was greeted and assisted by Ramandeep last week, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. She answered all my questions with great patience and professionalism, making the whole process stress-free. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Went once and will never return. There was a single teller, and he was incredibly slow. There were two other employees at the bank - one of which eventually led me to the ATM to do what I needed to do. The machinery is quite old, and it took me a few minutes to do what it takes the machines at other banks to do in seconds. Overall, it took me over 30 mins to pay for a credit card, where this would have been almost instant at my current bank. Place keeps going downhill, inside gross except the mangers office, closed for lunch bc one teller works a day, people doing drugs live in the bank machine booth doing drugs on the weekend, coughing all over you, smoking things, doing pills…customer of 35 years, working on leaving. Disgraceful management and disgusting location. Good bye
